First off, the crate was heavier than I expected. It was a little awkward setting it up, but not too bad. Then came the wheels. There were no instructions for the wheels. Not all the wheels fully turned; the ones in the back only roll forward and back, which took me a while to figure out. It was also very hard to push the wheel plate into the base. I had to get help. Now, I can't get the plate out, so the wheels will have to stay on permanently. This makes it impossible to be used as a collapsible crate, which was the whole point of getting it!
